Policies
You may cancel or reschedule your
appointment up to 24 hours in advance
using your confirmation link or by
contacting Naked Body Spa directly. Late
cancellations or reschedules will forfeit
any deposits as a cancellation fee, or will
be charged a $30 fee and a new
appointment will need to be booked.
Reschedule/Cancellation
Last Minute Changes
Appointment changes must be made at
least 24 hours in advance. Modifications
upon arrival, such as reducing service time,
will result in a $20 fee covering the
originally booked time.
No Call No Show
No-shows without prior notice
will be charged 50% of the
scheduled appointment total.
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided, but
clients must be in the wax room within
that time. Exceeding it will result in a
rescheduled appointment and a $20 fee.

Hair should be a bit longer than a grain of rice (at least 1/4 inch).
How long will my waxing results last?
First time waxing clients can last 2-4 weeks

Can I shave between waxes?
For the best results we recommend avoiding shaving as it disrupts the hair growth cycle and can
make the next wax less effective.
Should I trim before my appointment?
Please do NOT trim before your appointment. For specific questions on your case please reach out

Do you offer numbing creams or pain relief options?
We do not. You may take over the counter pain reliever 30 minutes before your appointment to
minimize discomfort.
Is waxing safe during pregnancy?
Yes! However, pregnant clients may be more sensitive. We strive to take extra care to ensure
comfort during your appointment.
Do you use hard wax or soft wax?
Naked Body Spa and Waxing uses hard wax on all body and face areas except eyebrows. For
eyebrows we use soft wax to ensure precision.
How long after my wax can I be intimate?
It is best to wait 24 hours before intimacy to prevent irritation or infection.
Will waxing make my hair grow back thicker or darker?
No, regular waxing makes hair grow back finer and sparser over time.
Can I get waxed on my period?
Yes! It may cause your skin to be more sensitive due to hormonal changes.
Can I cancel and/or reschedule my appointment at any time?
No, please see the policy section as changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment
to avoid penalties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
